1 can chick peas, drained, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/4 olive oil EVOO, garlic cloves (2 or 3 but I like garlic), pinch of salt, 1 Tsp ground cumin, 1/4 cup lemon juice, however I didn’t have any, so instead I used some preserved lemons (scroll to the bottom of the link for the recipe) until it tasted right. A worthy substitute. Water as needed for consistency
Blend it all up in the food processor.
Store in the fridge and eat within the week or freeze up to a year.
